Service Head – Power Backup & Power Storage Solutions

About the Role:*We are looking for an experienced Service Head to lead our service operations for power backup and energy storage products (inverters, lithium batteries, and related solutions).*Key Responsibilities:*- Set up and manage a service call centre and support team- Recruit, train, and manage local service engineers across India (PAN India)- Oversee day-to-day service operations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues- Use CRM and service management tools to track performance and improve efficiency- Build and maintain relationships with regional service partners/engineers*Requirements:*- 5–8 years of experience in service operations, preferably in power backup/inverter/lithium battery industry- Proven experience setting up or managing a call centre/service team- Strong hands-on knowledge of CRM tools and service management systems- Strong leadership and team management skills- Willingness to travel/coordinate PAN India as needed
