We are hiring for one of our major clients for the below requirementJob Details:Role: Manager/ Service Management

Employment Type: 1-year and extendable contract (Long term) outsourced, for one of our clientsWork Location: Anywhere (AUH/DXB/SHJ), United Arab EmiratesNotice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum of 15-30 days' noticeRequired Experience:5–6+ years in Service Management / Service Delivery / Technical Customer Care within Telecom or ITCustomer-facing experience: Must have managed enterprise/key customer accounts and acted as the primary service interfaceITIL / ITSM: Strong hands-on experience across Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfilment, Service Level and Continual Service ImprovementSLA & KPI Management: Ownership of SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, performance reporting and service improvementIncident & Problem Management: Coordinate technical/support teams for major incidents, escalation, RCA and service restorationService Delivery: End-to-end responsibility for service quality, availability, operational performance and customer satisfactionStakeholder Management: Strong communication with customers, internal technical teams, vendors and senior managementSupplier/Vendor Management: Experience managing third-party providers against contractual service requirementsProject Management: Ability to manage service implementation/delivery projects, risks, timelines, dependencies and stakeholdersTechnical understanding: Good understanding of enterprise networking/telecom services; CCNA-level networking knowledge is particularly relevantLeadership: Experience managing onsite/service delivery teams and coordinating multiple technical support functionsCertifications: CCNA + PMP + ITIL should be clearly highlighted, especially if the client treats them as mandatoryEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / related disciplineIf you are interested & have the above relevant experience, please apply here with your latest resume, and we shall get in touch with you.Thank you!AIQU
