This includes ensuring that customer satisfaction, quality control, performance improvement and efficiency are always maintained while maintaining an excellent level in both operational and financial results. In addition to this role, he will be responsible for managing employee productivity, training staff, and providing ongoing support as needed. he must have strong communication skills with customers, vendors, and other departments within the organization.Detailed job duties include:Manage the day-today operations of a service departmentManage all aspects of customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records for each repair performed by the service departmentProvide leadership to support team members in meeting company goalsPerform other duties as assignedExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)QualificationBachelor's degree in automotive engineering, business administration or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience as a service manager with an automotive dealership preferredExperience working on multipaned vehicles and managing teamsExperience working with Body Shop RepairersMust be detail-oriented to ensure quality service while maintaining high standards for accuracyAbility to work well under pressureBenefitsCompetitive salaryFlexible working hoursMedical insuranceA friendly and respectful culture
