Position: Service Manager – Tower Cranes & Passenger HoistsIndustry: ConstructionExperience: 8–10 YearsJob Location: Hyderabad & MumbaiTravel: Frequent travel within the country required.Job Role:Manage service, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting activities for Tower Cranes and Passenger Hoists.Lead service engineers/technicians and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns and technical issues.Conduct regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of tower cranes and passenger hoists.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational problems and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.Ensure equipment is maintained as per safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and statutory requirements.Coordinate with customers, site teams, and technicians for service requirements and breakdown support.Prepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment performance updates.Travel to project sites across the country for inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support.Ensure high equipment availability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
