Service ManagerSalary: AED 25,000 per month

Location: Dubai, UAESector: Construction EquipmentOverviewOur client, a leading manufacturer of construction equipment, powered access, and aerial work platform (AWP) equipment, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead its aftersales service operations in Dubai.This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, driving service performance, and managing a team of technicians to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the service department, including workshop and field service teams.Drive customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and issue resolution.Manage service operations, scheduling, and resource planning to maximize equipment uptime.Monitor and improve service KPIs, productivity, and profitability.Oversee warranty claims and ensure compliance with OEM standards.Work closely with Parts and Sales teams to support aftermarket growth.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance customer experienceProvide advanced technical support and guidance on complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issuesRequirements5+ years' experience in a Service Manager or senior service leadership role within the rental sector for construction equipment, material handling, AWP, or heavy equipment.Strong technical knowledge of diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.Proven experience managing workshop and field service operations.Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.Experience managing service KPIs, budgets, and warranty processes.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvementSolid understanding of HSE standards and operational complianceFluent in English and Arabic is an advantageUnfortunately, due to our high number of applications we are unable to respond to all applicants.
