Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Manager to oversee commercial refrigeration service operations. This individual will lead service technicians, manage day-to-day field operations, support customers, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesManage and support a team of commercial refrigeration service techniciansOversee scheduling, manpower, and daily service operationsProvide technical troubleshooting and field supportManage emergency and scheduled service callsMaintain strong customer relationships and resolve service issuesReview service work, labor, materials, and overall job performanceSupport quoting and estimating for repairs, replacements, and small projectsRecruit, train, and develop refrigeration techniciansMonitor safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfactionCoordinate with dispatch, sales, and operations teamsQualificationsStrong commercial/industrial refrigeration service backgroundPrevious experience leading or managing HVAC/R service technicians preferredStrong knowledge of refrigeration systems, equipment, controls, and troubleshootingExperience with compressors, condensers, evaporators, walk-ins, rack systems, and related equipmentStrong leadership, organization, and customer service skillsEPA certification preferred
