Worldwide, Cinépolis employs more than 39,000 people, all working to provide guests with the best possible experience in film entertainment.Role Description The Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service. This role manages service teams, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance oversight, while maintaining adherence to company service standards and operational policies. The Service Manager monitors auditorium, lobby, and concession floor activity, resolves guest concerns promptly, and drives a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment. Daily tasks include coordinating with projection, kitchen, and bar teams, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of all guest areas, and supporting special events and high-traffic showtimes. The role also involves tracking service metrics, supporting inventory and cash handling procedures, and collaborating with leadership to improve processes and overall guest satisfaction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong team leadership and people management skills, including staff coaching, conflict resolution, and building a collaborative service culture.Candidates should possess customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to manage guest interactions, handle complaints professionally, and maintain high service standards.Candidates should possess operational and organizational skills, such as shift coordination, time management, and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety.Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Candidates should possess basic business and administrative skills, such as understanding of cash handling, inventory support, and use of point-of-sale and cinema management systems.Relevant experience in movie theaters, hospitality, retail, or restaurant environments, especially in a supervisory or management capacity, is highly beneficial.Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by cinema operations, and to stand and move throughout the theater for extended periods.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, business, or related fields
