The position offers significant growth potential for leaders interested in advancing into Branch Management.What You'll DoLead & Develop TeamsHire, train, coach, and develop field techniciansConduct performance reviews and manage employee performanceDrive accountability, engagement, and team cultureEnsure team members maintain required certifications and licensesIdentify training needs through ride-alongs, audits, and field observationsManage Daily OperationsOversee scheduling, routing, workforce planning, and capacity managementEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standardsMonitor productivity, labor utilization, and service deliveryManage equipment, vehicles, materials, and suppliesResolve customer issues and service concernsDrive Financial PerformanceManage department budgets, labor costs, and operational expensesMonitor KPIs and productivity metricsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitabilitySupport revenue growth through strong operational executionProvide Field LeadershipSupport technicians in the field as neededConduct quality inspections and performance auditsEnsure compliance with safety, licensing, and regulatory requirementsImplement best practices and process improvementsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of leadership experience managing technicians or field employeesExperience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, tree care, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities services, distribution, or another field-service environmentStrong background in scheduling, routing, workforce planning, and daily operationsExperience hiring, onboarding, training, and developing employeesProven ability to manage productivity, labor, quality, and customer satisfactionComfortable using systems, reporting, and KPIs to drive performanceStrong communication and leadership skillsValid driver's license with a safe driving recordPreferred QualificationsPrior budget or P&L responsibilityApplicator license, pesticide certification, or similar industry credentialsBenefitsIncludes a company vehicle, comprehensive healthcare, and ~10% bonus annually.
