Service Manager (Field Operations)

Guided by the principles of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and Make in India, Cleanland focuses on sustainable, locally manufactured hygiene solutions.Salary Slab: 08-10 LPA (Depending on your last compensation)Email : keith.foote@thtpl.com Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate service operations for road sweeping machines deployed at approximately 50 sites across India.Manage a team of 10+ field technicians, providing technical guidance, training and support.Coordinate day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs through field technicians.Monitor breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of service issues.Provide technical support to technicians for difficult or recurring breakdowns.Visit customer sites personally when required to inspect machines, troubleshoot major issues or support the service team.Coordinate with customers and site teams to ensure machine availability and customer satisfaction.Maintain service records, breakdown history and equipment performance records.Monitor machine downtime and follow up with technicians until the machine is restored to operation.Handle service-related administrative activities including preparation of quotations, expense sheets, payment follow-up and other service documentation.What We’re Looking ForDiploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.Experience in field service / after-sales service of machinery or vehicles.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.Good understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems.Experience managing and guiding field technicians.Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.Willingness to travel to customer sites across India when required.Strong ownership and a "get the machine running" attitude.
