This role is responsible for troubleshooting, warranty handling, and customer support, ensuring SKM systems consistently perform at the highest standards.Key Responsibilities🔹 Handle warranty and service complaints, ensuring resolution within set KPIs.🔹 Troubleshoot HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, DX systems, package units).🔹 Conduct root cause analysis of failures and prepare service reports.🔹 Support retrofit, repair, and maintenance activities.🔹 Supervise technicians on-site, ensuring safety and quality compliance.🔹 Provide technical feedback to engineering and quality teams.🔹 Assist in customer training and prepare technical documentation.What We’re Looking For✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or 5–7 years HVAC service experience).✅ 5+ years’ experience in installation, operation, maintenance, and service of HVAC systems.✅ GCC experience preferred (HVAC service, MEP, or FM).✅ Strong troubleshooting, technical, and customer service skills.✅ Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).✅ Knowledge of mechanical/electrical controls (analog & microprocessor-based).Why Join SKM?🌍 Be part of one of the region’s leading HVAC manufacturers.🤝 Collaborative and multicultural work environment.📈 Opportunities to grow your career and expand your technical expertise.💡 Drive meaningful work in after sales service and customer satisfaction.🔗 Apply Now to be part of SKM and make a difference in HVAC after sales excellence!
