In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer success, combining your engineering knowledge with consultative sales skills to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. You'll be instrumental in identifying customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that exceeds expectations.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship buildingConduct technical assessments and provide consultative recommendations to clients, translating complex engineering concepts into business value propositionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to ensure seamless solution delivery and alignment across business unitsBuild, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels, demonstrating empathy and transparency in all interactionsUtilize advanced sales techniques, market trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in service offeringsPrepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals that clearly communicate product benefits and return on investmentMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and maintain commercial awarenessTravel extensively to meet with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and support business development initiativesLead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative working culture while challenging siloed thinking across departmentsAnalyze customer feedback and market data to continuously improve service offerings and identify new business opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical fieldMinimum 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in technical or electro-mechanical product salesDemonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong proficiency in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills at all levelsTechnical background or experience working within an engineering environment or firmSolid understanding of business fundamentals including profit and loss analysis, pricing strategy, and added value creationExceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and market trendsHigh integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior in all professional interactionsWillingness and ability to travel extensively to client sites for meetings, product demonstrations, site surveys, and measurement assessmentsCapability to conduct on-site technical surveys and take accurate measurements for solution design and customization**Preferred Qualifications:**Own vehicle with valid Class 3 license for independent field mobility and client site visitsExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales enablement toolsProficiency in technical product troubleshooting, solution customization, and on-site installation supportAdvanced negotiation and closing skills with a proven ability to handle complex sales cyclesExperience in presenting to C-level executives and key decision-makersFamiliarity with the Singapore market and regional business practicesCertification in sales methodologies or technical sales training programsHands-on experience with site survey tools, measurement equipment, and field assessment methodologiesEntrepreneurial mindset with a charismatic and inspiring personalityExperience leading and motivating cross-functional teams
