Service Solutions Specialist - Carrier Services

About the RoleOn behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, we are seeking an experienced Service Solutions Specialist - Carrier Services to support the development and operation of carrier service and software solutions.The role will combine solution development, bidding support, customer engagement, business development and marketing activities, with a strong focus on carrier customers and service/software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and operate carrier service and software professional service opportunities, including industry insights, lead generation, solution development, bidding guidance and service commercial design.Lead and coordinate bidding activities for carrier service and software projects, including bid document interpretation, response preparation, service solution design and customer-facing clarification.Support the development of service and software opportunities from customer requirements through solution and commercial proposal stages.Plan and support branding and marketing activities for service and software products, including summits, exhibitions, executive communications and customer visits to China.Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with carrier customers in the service and software domain.Independently identify customer needs, business opportunities and market insights.Prepare customer-facing presentations, solution materials and clarification documents.Coordinate with internal sales, technical, commercial, product and delivery teams to ensure effective customer support and project execution.Support other business development and service solution activities as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above.3+ years of relevant experience in telecom, ICT, service solutions, solution sales, presales, business development or a related field.Experience in Huawei is highly preferred.Experience as a Huawei Service Solution Responsible (SSR) is strongly preferred.Familiarity with Huawei's LTC (Lead-to-Cash) process and carrier bidding processes is highly preferred.Experience developing or supporting one or more service/software solutions, such as Data Center (DC), SmartCare, NPM, Managed Services (MS), software or related solutions.Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational, coordination and execution capabilities.Ability to work effectively across sales, technical, commercial and delivery teams.Professional working proficiency in Chinese and English.Preferred SkillsCarrier / telecom businessService solution developmentSoftware solutionsBidding / tender managementSolution designCustomer relationship managementBusiness developmentCommercial solution designHuawei LTCCustomer presentationMarketing/event management
