In this role, you’ll work closely with field mechanics, customers, sales partners, and branch leadership to help drive safety, quality, customer satisfaction, route performance, and profitability.Elevator industry experience is not required. Relevant field leadership experience may come from elevator service, construction, HVAC, mechanical contracting, building systems, industrial service, or other technical field-service environments.Why Join Our Client?Direct Impact: Influence service performance, customer experience, and operational results across the territory.Experienced Field Team: Work closely with experienced mechanics and help remove obstacles, improve performance, and strengthen day-to-day service operations.Strong Market Presence: Established service portfolio and strong customer base in Anchorage and across the state of Alaska.Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Base salary plus performance incentive, vehicle allowance, gas card, health benefits, retirement, and parental leave.What You’ll Own:Lead Service Operations: Oversee day-to-day field activity across assigned service routes, balancing customer needs, mechanic productivity, safety, quality, and operational priorities.Coach & Develop Field Teams: Conduct jobsite visits, troubleshoot issues, provide coaching, and help mechanics perform effectively.Drive Route Performance: Review callback activity, route performance, labor utilization, and financial reports to identify issues and improve productivity and profitability.Strengthen Customer Service: Help resolve service concerns, support customer commitments, and partner with internal teams to maintain reliable service delivery.Partner Across the Business: Work with sales and operations partners on repair opportunities, technical scopes, material needs, and customer solutions.Maintain Safety & Quality: Reinforce safety expectations, participate in training, and perform quality reviews to ensure work meets company and industry standards.Manage Technical & Material Needs: Help identify parts, materials, technical resources, and field support needed to minimize downtime and keep work moving.What You’ll Bring to the Team:Field Leadership Experience: 1 year of management or supervisory experience in elevator service, field service, construction, technical service, or a similar environment, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on leadership experience.Operational Management: Background managing field priorities, team performance, service delivery, customer needs, and operational results.Technical Aptitude: Comfort working with technical equipment, jobsite conditions, diagrams, blueprints, or technical documentation.Problem-Solving & Judgment: Confidence managing competing priorities, making decisions, and resolving issues in a fast-paced field environment.Communication & Collaboration: Ability to coach field employees, work with customers and internal teams, and communicate effectively across the organization.Industry Knowledge: Elevator industry knowledge is [required/preferred/not required]. Experience with elevator codes and service operations is a plus.
