Zedcor is actively expanding in the U.S., with the ability to service markets in Texas, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, and Florida.Role Description This full-time, on-site Service Technician role is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing MobileyeZ™ security towers and related equipment at customer locations. Daily activities include performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and conducting field service visits to ensure optimal system performance. The role involves documenting work performed, updating service records, and coordinating with operations and monitoring teams to resolve equipment or connectivity issues. The Service Technician also interacts with customers on-site to explain work completed, provide basic usage guidance, and uphold Zedcor’s service standards and safety practices.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills to service and optimize security equipment.Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical and connectivity issues in the field.Candidates should possess Field Service and Customer Service skills to work on-site at client locations and maintain positive relationships.Basic electrical, mechanical, or low-voltage systems knowledge; experience with surveillance or security systems is an asset.Ability to use hand and power tools safely, read technical documentation, and follow standard operating procedures.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; willingness to travel within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and occasionally to nearby regions.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently in outdoor and variable conditions.High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in a related field is preferred.
