Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob SummaryThe Service Technician delivers technical support for LiuGong heavy‑duty equipment covering assembly, commissioning, inspection, maintenance and repair. You will work hand‑in‑hand with dealer service teams to comply with LiuGong’s technical, quality and safety standards. Responsibilities also include yard stock machine management, field customer service, warranty coordination, DMS documentation and quality issue reporting. Frequent site travel to dealers and customer sites is required.Key Responsibilities1. Machine Assembly, Logistics & CommissioningProvide technical guidance for machine assembly together with dealer teams. Coordinate safe loading and off‑loading of machines. Perform incoming machine inspection, PDI pre‑delivery inspection, machine testing and commissioning to ensure machine quality before hand‑over to customers.2. Yard Machine Maintenance & Technical SupportCarry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance for yard stock machines. Identify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or cosmetic defects. Ensure proper storage, cleaning, lubrication and protection for demonstration & delivery‑ready units. Coordinate machine movement within the yard.3. Field Service, Customer Support & Warranty CoordinationConduct site visits for fault diagnosis, repair, emergency breakdown support and preventive maintenance. Execute warranty inspection and repair following LiuGong warranty policy. Give customers technical guidance on equipment operation and maintenance, align with stakeholders to resolve warranty cases efficiently.4. Service Documentation & DMS ManagementPrepare accurate service, inspection, commissioning and warranty reports. Timely update service records, work orders and warranty cases in Dealer Management System (DMS). Keep complete service history and file documents properly. Report recurring technical faults and product quality risks to the manager.5. Safety, Quality & Continuous ImprovementPerform all tasks in compliance with technical, quality and safety policies. Properly operate and maintain tools, diagnostic devices and service vehicles. Attend technical training to upgrade professional skills, share best service practices with dealer teams and finish other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.Qualifications‑ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Heavy‑equipment or related technical fields; manufacturer technical certification is an advantage‑ Minimum 3 years practical service experience on construction / mining / agricultural heavy‑duty equipment‑ Proven exposure in machine assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and field service; experience with dealer network or OEM is preferred‑ In‑depth knowledge of diesel engine, hydraulic system, electric system, transmission and electronic diagnostics‑ Ability to interpret technical manuals, electrical diagrams and hydraulic schematics; proficient in MS Office‑ Strong troubleshooting & problem‑solving capability, good coordination and communication skills‑ Self‑motivated, honest and reliable with high professional ethics‑ Willing to travel frequently to customer and dealer sites
