The Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair packaging machines and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, and conducting detailed troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, or control systems. The role involves visiting customer sites, providing field service support, and documenting service activities in line with company standards. The Service Technician will also work closely with customers to explain work performed, offer operational guidance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for industrial or packaging machinery.Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.Candidates should possess practical Field Service experience, including on-site visits and equipment commissioning.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients.Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, or a related field.Experience working with automated packaging equipment or similar industrial machinery is highly beneficial.Ability to read technical drawings, service manuals, and use diagnostic tools and testing instruments.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work safely in industrial environments.Willingness to travel locally for customer site visits within Riyadh and surrounding areas, as required.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
