Service Technician – Direct HireFull-Time | Onsite Daily | Hourly + 1.5x OvertimeWe are seeking a hands-on Service Technician for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a global industrial equipment organization. This is an onsite, hands-on role focused on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy industrial equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance and pre-delivery equipment inspectionsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, powertrain, and mechanical systemsIdentify equipment failures, determine root causes, and complete necessary repairsMaintain accurate service documentation and follow established safety/PPE proceduresWork independently while supporting a fast-paced service operationWhat We’re Looking ForStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on equipment repair experienceExperience with industrial/commercial fluid power and low-voltage electrical control systemsTechnical/trade school certificate OR relevant hands-on experience2–5+ years of experience preferred, with opportunities for more senior-level techniciansWorking knowledge of hydraulic systems and powertrain componentsBasic computer skills and ability to read schematicsValid driver’s license and good driving recordMust have personal hand tools and be willing to complete required technical and safety trainingSome travel may be required for training or support at other service locationsThis is a direct-hire, full-time position paid hourly with overtime at 1.5x.
