قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجServiceNow Associate / Developer – RiyadhLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – OnsiteContract: 6–12 Months Initial ContractStart: ASAPWe are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Associate / Developer to join a major digital transformation programme in Riyadh. This is an initial 6–12 month contract with strong potential for extension.The successful candidate will have practical experience configuring and customising the ServiceNow platform, with good knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, JavaScript, workflows and integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customise the ServiceNow platform, including forms, fields, UI Policies and platform components.Build and maintain Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables and Variable Sets.Configure and support SLAs, approvals and fulfilment workflows.Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, subflows and automated processes.Use JavaScript to develop and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules and Script Includes.Work with GlideRecord and other ServiceNow platform APIs.Support REST/SOAP and API-based integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.Troubleshoot issues across workflows, integrations, scripts, catalog configurations and data mappings.Manage Update Sets and support deployments and migrations across ServiceNow environments.Perform unit, integration and regression testing to ensure high-quality releases.Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.Required Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customisation.Strong understanding of Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables and Variable Sets.Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, approvals and fulfilment processes.Good working knowledge of JavaScript within ServiceNow.Experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes and GlideRecord.Knowledge of UI Policies, forms and field configuration.Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP and ServiceNow integrations.Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow workflows, scripts and integrations.Knowledge of Update Sets, deployment processes and environment management.Experience with ServiceNow testing, including unit, integration and regression testing.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale transformation programme in Riyadh, working within an experienced ServiceNow and technology team.
