Job Description

Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within ITSM or digital transformation projects.Strong hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows.Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.Experience creating:BRDsFRDsUser StoriesAcceptance CriteriaProcess Flow DiagramsFunctional SpecificationsUAT/Test ScenariosStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow functional solutions.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or relevant CIS certification.ITIL Foundation certification.Experience with ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.Experience with CMDB, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or ServiceNow integrations.Knowledge of APIs, web services, REST/SOAP integrations, and data flows is an advantage.Experience working with large enterprise or government organizations in the UAE is preferred.Interested candidates send me your Cv along with below details:Expected salary:Notice Period:Current Location:Nationality:Visa:
