Greeting from the day We are HiringRole: Servicenow Business Analyst Exp:9+YearsLocations:Banngalore/Mumbai/ChennaiPerform Business Analysis for ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident (INC), Problem (PRB), Change (CHG), Request (REQ), Knowledge (KNW), and SLM.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.Manage SLA/OLA configurations, workflows, schedules, conditions, breach tracking, compliance, and performance reporting.Analyze incident trends, problem root causes, and change impacts to improve ITSM operations and service quality.Support UAT, defect management, release validation, enhancements, BAU, and production support activities.Develop Power BI dashboards using DAX, SQL, and data modeling for ITSM, SLA, and operational KPI reporting.Support Microsoft Fabric-based data integration and reporting, with basic understanding of data architecture, while following ITIL best practices.Interested share Your resume to akshitha@ashratech.com/8688322632
