ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in business analysis and strong hands-on exposure to the ServiceNow platform. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support successful ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.Analyze and improve ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Management.Support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, GRC/IRM, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM based on project requirements.Conduct workshops, UAT, requirement validation, and stakeholder reviews.Identify process gaps and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions and improvements.Maintain BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process documentation, and test scenarios.Required Skills6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong ServiceNow exposure.Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology, Jira, and documentation.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.ServiceNow certification such as CSA is preferred.WHAT’S ON OFFER: You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
