Position: ServiceNow CMDB & Integration DeveloperCompensation: up to $96/hour, depending on experience

In this role, you’ll help strengthen CMDB accuracy, improve integrations, and support automation across key enterprise systems. It’s a hands-on contract position with meaningful impact on platform stability, data quality, and operational visibility.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Design and maintain CMDB solutions within ServiceNowBuild and support Service Graph Connector integrationsDevelop REST and SOAP API integrationsConfigure Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Flow DesignerImprove data ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation processesAnalyze source data and validate CMDB accuracyCreate dashboards, KPIs, and data quality reportsSupport ITOM tools, including Service Mapping and Event ManagementTroubleshoot integration and CMDB data issuesDocument solutions, mappings, and support proceduresRequired Qualifications & Experience:Strong ServiceNow CMDB and integration development experienceHands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIsExperience with Import Sets and Transform MapsKnowledge of ServiceNow automation tools and scriptingExperience supporting data validation and quality initiativesAbility to assess source data and build mapping logicUnderstanding of CMDB and CSDM best practicesExperience troubleshooting platform and integration issuesNice to Have Skills & Experience:ServiceNow CSA certificationServiceNow CAD certificationServiceNow CIS Discovery certificationServiceNow CIS Service Mapping certificationExperience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformBackground in ETL, MDM, or enterprise data engineeringExperience with CMDB migrations or large-scale onboardingPerks & Benefits:3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card depositOther Information:Onsite schedule with a 4/1 arrangementYear long contract assignment Ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative technical environmentIf you are interested in learning more about the CMDB Developer opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
