ServiceNow Data Business Analyst

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Act as the functional expert for ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, APM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM. Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements into well-defined development stories aligned with ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) best practices. Contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap by leveraging industry experience, customer implementations, and platform capabilities. Stay up to date with ServiceNow innovations and support business adoption of new features and capabilities. Lead discussions with stakeholders and translate business needs into functional requirements for the technical team. Support the implementation of Configuration Management, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, APM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM. Proven experience translating business requirements into development stories for implementation. Experience delivering 5+ implementations in Configuration Management, Application Portfolio Management, and IT Operations Management. Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
