Position :ServiceNow Data Business AnalystLocation : Amsterdam NLDuration : 6 to 12 Monthslanguage : DutchThe data business analyst is someone with demonstrable experience in data ServiceNow products (CMDB, APM CSDM, Platform Analytics, ITOM).The data business analyst is able to assist the organization in formulating its wish and always takes into account ServiceNows best practice (OOTB).The business analyst makes an active contribution to formulating the vision, using experience gained from other customers and the possibilities offered by ServiceNow modules.The business analyst is ahead of the curve on ServiceNow Innovations, and he can educate the business and help with the adoption of those innovations.Key responsibilities: Dutch is mandatory.Data business analyst is the expert in the ServiceNow functionalities under CMDB, CSDM, APM and ITOM.Heshe has sufficient demonstrable years of work experience at the right job level in hisher field and can translate and refine the need for development stories so that the technical team can implement it.Has proven experience in implementing Configuration management, Application Portfolio Management and IT Operation Management (more than 5 implementations).Very good knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)Has demonstrable knowledge of IT4IT principles.
