ServiceNow Integration Engineer

Details:📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)📅 12-Month Contract (Extendable)We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Integration Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise transformation programme in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise integrations between ServiceNow Employee Center, Oracle Fusion, and Identity Governance platforms, enabling seamless workforce lifecycle automation across the organization.What You'll DoDesign and implement enterprise integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub and REST APIs.Build secure integrations between ServiceNow Employee Center, Oracle Fusion (HR, Finance & Procurement), and IAM platforms such as Saviynt or SailPoint.Develop Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) automation and identity lifecycle workflows.Design event-driven integration patterns, webhooks, data mappings, and orchestration workflows.Implement secure authentication using OAuth 2.0 and token-based authentication.Build resilient integrations with monitoring, error handling, logging, and reconciliation processes.Support integration testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.What We're Looking For6+ years of enterprise integration engineering experience.Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Employee Center (ESC).Experience implementing or migrating Employee Center and integrating it with enterprise HR and IAM platforms.Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM.Experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, or another Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform.Strong expertise in REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and API security.Experience designing scalable, event-driven integration architectures.Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation skills.BenefitsEmployment visa (2-year renewable)Comprehensive health insuranceOne-way flight ticket to Abu Dhabi upon relocation12-month contract with the possibility of extensionOpportunity to work on a large-scale enterprise digital transformation programmeIf you're passionate about ServiceNow, enterprise integrations, and building modern digital employee experiences through Employee Center, we'd love to hear from you.
