For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate client business requirements into scalable, out-of-the-box-first technical designs and architecture.Transform business challenges and operational needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and optimized digital workflows.Lead workshops and interviews with business leaders to document functional requirements, process flows, and gap analyses.Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases for developers and administrators.Support go-live activities, create training materials, and draft organizational release notes or system updatesBuild custom applications, forms, workflows, and UI components using JavaScript, GlideAPI, and App Engine.Connect ServiceNow with third-party enterprise tools (like Azure, SAP, or Jira) using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.Run unit testing, manage instance health, and support patching or platform upgrades.Run workshops with clients to define processes, manage user stories, and provide post-go-live support.Deep knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM, CSM, or HR Service Delivery, CSA Certified professional with overall 10+ years of experience.Strong communication and problem-solving skills to explain technical ideas to non-technical business leaders.Application Deadline: 30th - October -2026Privacy Note:https://www.tcs.com/connect-with-tcs/privacy-policy
