ServiceNow Platform Consultant / Advisory ConsultantServiceNow Platform Consultant / Advisory Consultant is required by our expanding consultancy client to lead digital transformation initiatives by designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions.The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business consulting skills to advise stakeholders, define platform strategy, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with business leaders, architects, developers, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor for ServiceNow platform strategy and governance.Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops.Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Design end-to-end platform architecture following ServiceNow best practices.Configure and implement ServiceNow modulesLead platform assessments, roadmap planning, and process optimization initiatives.Provide architectural guidance on integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.Develop functional specifications, solution designs, and technical documentation.Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.Support Agile delivery including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and UAT.Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.Conduct solution demonstrations and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.Mentor junior consultants and administrators on platform best practices.Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, AI capabilities, and platform innovations.Essential experience - Required SkillsStrong ServiceNow platform knowledgeITSM/ITIL best practicesService CatalogFlow DesignerIntegrationHubBusiness RulesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBusiness process analysis and consulting experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.5–10+ years of IT consulting or enterprise platform implementation experience.3–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow transformation projects.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
