LTM is extending its technology business with specific expansion plans in UK.Title: Senior SFCC Business AnalystPermanentLocation: London, UK (2 days onsite a week)Job Summary:Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 7 to 11+ years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud specializing in PWA Kit and SFRA to design and develop scalable eCommerce solutionsJob Description Design develop and maintain eCommerce solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with expertise in PWA Kit and Salesforce Reference Architecture SFRA.Configure and customize Business Manager features including content library asset slots promotions campaigns site preferences catalogues and product management.Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components leveraging ISML templates JavaScript AJAX JSON SCSS and Bootstrap Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.Ensure adherence to coding standards quality gates and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eCommerce platform implementations and integrations.Stay updated with emerging Salesforce Commerce Cloud technologies and industry trends to enhance platform capabilitiesRoles and Responsibilities Lead design and implementation of complex Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects focusing on PWA Kit and SFRA frameworksMentor and guide junior technical consultants and developers during all phases of the project including design development testing and deploymentAct as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverablesConduct code reviews to ensure quality maintainability and compliance with best practicesIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project executionCollaborate with QA UXUI and product teams to deliver seamless digital consumer experiencesProvide post deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimize platform performance and user engagementMandatory Skills : SFCC, Salesforce B2C Commerce , business analysis
