You will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to deliver personalized customer journeys and impactful campaigns.In this role, you will play a key role in:Designing and implementing end-to-end marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing CloudBuilding and managing multi-channel campaigns across Email, Mobile, Journey Builder, and Automation StudioCollaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutionsEnsuring data integration, segmentation, and personalization using Contact Builder and Data DesignerMonitoring campaign performance, troubleshooting issues, and continuously optimizing journeys and automationsYour ProfileTop 5 Technical SkillsSalesforce Marketing Cloud – Strong hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact BuilderAMPscript & SQL – Proficiency in writing AMPscript for personalization and SQL queries for data extensions and segmentationData Integration – Experience with data modeling, data extensions, and integrations using APIs or SFTPJourney & Campaign Orchestration – Expertise in designing complex, personalized, and scalable customer journeysMarketing Cloud Connect & Integrations – Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or external systemsWhat you'll love about working hereYou can shape your career with us.
