Job Title: Sr. SFMC Developer/ Associate Solutions ArchitectJob Location: Onsite role in Los Angeles, CA Job Type: FTE/ Permanent RoleExperience: Minimum 7+ Years Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and certified Sr. Developer / Associate Solution Architect - SFMC to drive end-to-end marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise in SFMC, proven leadership capabilities, and experience managing complex, multi-journey marketing programs.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipLead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.Architect scalable, high-performing marketing automation frameworks.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SFMC developers and campaign teams.Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.Development & ImplementationBuild and manage:Journey Builder workflowsAutomation Studio processesEmail Studio campaignsMobile Studio (SMS/Push)Develop using:AMPscriptSSJS (Server-Side JavaScript)SQL queriesHTML/CSS for responsive email developmentImplement dynamic content, personalization, and data segmentation strategies.Configure triggered sends and transactional messaging.Integration & Data ManagementIntegrate SFMC with:CRM systems (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud preferred)APIs and external platformsManage data extensions, data modeling, and subscriber management.Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards.Quality & DeploymentPerform QA/UAT validation across campaigns and journeys.Manage deployments and production releases.Troubleshoot performance and delivery issues.Required QualificationsMinimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Proven experience leading SFMC implementations.Strong expertise in:AMPscriptSSJSSQLHTML/CSSExperience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.Deep understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability.Certifications (Mandatory)Candidate must hold at least one active Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification, such as:Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email SpecialistSalesforce Marketing Cloud AdministratorSalesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
