Apply & track with Apply EdgeClient is seeking an experienced SharePoint & .NET Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting SharePoint solutions and Microsoft .NET applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, Microsoft 365, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and modern web technologies.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise collaboration solutions, business applications, workflows, integrations, and custom components while ensuring performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server solutions.Develop enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.Build custom SharePoint web parts, extensions, and solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).Develop and maintain ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and Web API applications.Create and manage SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, site collections, and permissions.Develop workflows and business process automation using Microsoft Power Automate.Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.Develop REST APIs and consume external web services.Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.Troubleshoot and resolve application and SharePoint-related issues.Perform application deployment, upgrades, and version control.Implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO).Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, deployment guides, and user documentation.Ensure applications comply with security, governance, and coding standards.Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support activities.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and Microsoft .NET application development.Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and software development life cycle (SDLC).Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Required Technical Skills:SharePoint TechnologiesSharePoint OnlineSharePoint Server (2016/2019)SharePoint Framework (SPFx)SharePoint DesignerSharePoint REST APICSOM (Client-Side Object Model)JSOM (JavaScript Object Model)PnP FrameworkMicrosoft 365 Administration (basic knowledge)Microsoft .NET TechnologiesC#ASP.NET MVCASP.NET Core.NET Framework.NET 6/7/8 (preferred)ASP.NET Web APIEntity Framework / Entity Framework CoreLINQFront-End TechnologiesHTML5CSS3JavaScriptTypeScriptReact (preferred, especially for SPFx)BootstrapjQueryDatabase TechnologiesMicrosoft SQL ServerT-SQLStored ProceduresViewsFunctionsPerformance OptimizationMicrosoft Power PlatformPower AutomatePower Apps (preferred)Microsoft Forms (preferred)Cloud & IdentityMicrosoft AzureMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)OAuth 2.0OpenID ConnectMicrosoft Graph APIDevOps & ToolsVisual StudioVisual Studio CodeGitAzure DevOpsIISPostmanNuGetPreferred SkillsExperience migrating from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online.Experience with Microsoft Teams integration.Familiarity with Azure Functions and Logic Apps.Knowledge of Azure App Services and Azure SQL Database.Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Preferred CertificationsCandidates with one or more of the following certifications will have an advantage:Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
