Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint, ASP.NET, C#/VB.NET, SPFx, JavaScript, Power Automate, Oracle, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports.The role involves developing enterprise SharePoint applications, workflows, web parts, APIs, reports, database objects, and integrations while providing production support and ensuring security and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesSharePoint DevelopmentDesign, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions.Develop custom SharePoint applications, web parts, components, and APIs.Build scalable and user-friendly SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.Support SharePoint platform upgrades and migrations.Application DevelopmentDevelop custom web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET.Develop forms and business applications using:ASP.NETSharePoint Framework (SPFx)JavaScriptjQueryHTML5CSSDevelop reusable components and custom functionality for enterprise applications.Workflow DevelopmentCreate, customize, and maintain SharePoint workflows.Develop workflows using:SharePoint DesignerPower AutomateCustom workflow solutionsAutomate business processes and approval workflows.Database DevelopmentDevelop and optimize database objects in Oracle and SQL Server.Create and maintain:TablesViewsStored ProceduresPackagesFunctionsOptimize database queries and support application-to-database integration.ReportingDesign and develop Crystal Reports for operational and management reporting.Create reports based on business and user requirements.Optimize report queries and data sources.Troubleshoot reporting issues.IntegrationIntegrate SharePoint solutions with:Oracle databasesSQL ServerEnterprise applicationsWeb servicesThird-party systemsDevelop and consume APIs and web services.Ensure reliable data exchange between SharePoint and external systems.Troubleshooting & Production SupportTroubleshoot application and SharePoint issues.Perform bug fixing and root-cause analysis.Conduct application and database performance tuning.Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.Monitor application performance and system availability.Requirements, Testing & DeploymentParticipate in requirements gathering and business discussions.Prepare technical designs and solution documentation.Support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Coordinate application deployments and releases.Maintain technical and operational documentation.Security & ComplianceImplement SharePoint security best practices.Configure and maintain appropriate access controls and permissions.Ensure applications comply with organizational security and compliance requirements.Support security reviews and remediation activities.Migration & UpgradeSupport SharePoint migration and upgrade projects.Assist with migration from legacy SharePoint environments to newer platforms.Validate applications, workflows, data, and integrations after migration.Troubleshoot migration-related issues.
