Experience: 4 to 7 yearsLocation: Abu DhabiJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and customizing SharePoint Online solutions, building business applications using Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, and integrating Microsoft 365 services to deliver scalable digital solutions.Key Responsibilities:* Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online.* Develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).* Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.* Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, and permissions.* Develop responsive forms using Power Apps integrated with SharePoint Online.* Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems where required.* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.* Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards.* Prepare technical documentation and provide support for deployed solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:* 4+ years of experience in SharePoint Online Development.* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:* Power Apps* Power Automate* Experience with SharePoint Online customization, site collections, lists, libraries, content types, and permissions.* Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is preferred.* Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and SharePoint APIs.* Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and licensing.* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.* Experience with version control and deployment best practices.* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.* Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or Power Platform are an added advantage.* Preferred Skills* SharePoint Framework (SPFx)* Power BI* Microsoft Teams Integration* Azure Functions / Azure Logic Apps (Good to Have)* Microsoft Graph API* REST API Integration
