These workshops aim to introduce students to practical STEM learning through engaging, hands-on activities and projects.We welcome passionate educators, experienced tutors and individuals with relevant expertise who share our commitment to making quality education accessible, engaging and effective.## Role DescriptionWe are seeking *part-time English, Mathematics and Science Tutors* to join our growing network across the U.A.E., covering a wide range of curricula and academic levels.We also welcome applications from *Hindi Tutors* who can provide dedicated language instruction.Tutoring opportunities are available *online and in person*, depending on student requirements, tutor availability and location.Tutors will deliver individual or small-group lessons, offering personalised academic support in their respective subjects.Key responsibilities include:- Preparing customised lesson plans tailored to students' academic levels and learning needs.- Explaining concepts clearly and engagingly.- Supporting students with homework, examinations and subject-specific challenges.- Helping students build academic confidence and improve overall performance.- Adapting teaching methods to suit different curricula and learning styles.- Maintaining a professional, supportive and encouraging learning environment.For in-person tutoring, *a valid UAE driving licence and access to a car are preferable*, particularly for tutors willing to travel to students' homes.### Additional Opportunity: AI, Coding and Robotics WorkshopsAlongside our regular tutoring opportunities, we are interested in connecting with *AI, Robotics, Coding and STEM educators, enthusiasts and facilitators* who may be interested in delivering workshops during *UAE school vacations, including winter, spring and summer holidays*.These opportunities may involve:- Introducing children to Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Coding.- Facilitating hands-on STEM projects and practical learning activities.- Supporting robotics challenges, game design and beginner-friendly programming activities.- Delivering engaging, age-appropriate workshops in collaboration with schools and educational organisations.These are additional, project-based opportunities and are separate from our core academic tutoring services.## Qualifications- Strong subject knowledge in *English, Mathematics and/or Science*, with the ability to teach across relevant curricula and academic levels.- For Hindi tutoring applicants, proficiency in Hindi and the ability to deliver structured language lessons.- Previous tutoring or teaching experience, including online tutoring, is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.- Ability to adapt teaching approaches to individual student needs and learning styles.- Commitment to student progress, academic development and a positive learning experience.- *A valid UAE driving licence and access to a car are preferable*, particularly for in-person tutoring opportunities.- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, English or a relevant subject is preferred.- For AI, Robotics and STEM workshop applicants, relevant qualifications, practical experience, completed projects or demonstrable knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Coding, STEM, educational technology or game design are welcomed.- Confidence working with children and delivering interactive, hands-on activities is particularly valuable for workshop opportunities.We encourage applications from dedicated tutors and enthusiastic educators who are passionate about helping students reach their full potential.
