If you've done structural repair on other fighter or military airframes, we want to hear from you.What you'll doDisassemble, repair, modify, and reassemble aircraft structures including bulkheads, spars, wings, flaps, pylons, fuselage sections, skins, ribs, and fuel tanksEvaluate structural damage and develop patterns for fabricationWork with aluminum, stainless steel, magnesium, copper, and honeycombRivet, bolt, drill, and fasten to critical tolerances and strength standardsUse precision measuring tools including calipers, protractors, dial gauges, and sine barsWhat we're looking for4+ years of aircraft sheet metal or structures experience (Aircraft Mechanic II level)Military fixed-wing or heavy structures background preferred (Navy AM, USMC structures, or civilian equivalent)Active Secret clearance, or eligibility to obtain oneU.S. citizenshipHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to pass a hands-on skills certification examA&P license is a plus but not requiredGood to knowPermanent, direct-hire positionUp to 25% travel may be requiredDrug-free workplace; pre-employment and post-offer testing requiredSeparating from the military or looking for your next step in aviation structures?
