Shift Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a Shift Electrical Engineer to support our Operation & Maintenance projects and oversee electrical maintenance activities during the assigned shift.Key Responsibilities:Supervise electrical maintenance and operational activities during the assigned shiftPrepare and follow up on work ordersReview technical and shift reportsRespond to emergency maintenance requirementsCoordinate with the Executive EngineerDirect and support maintenance teamsMonitor performance and prepare KPI reportsEnsure proper shift handover and continuity of operationsRequirements:Arabic speaker is requiredBachelor’s Degree in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 3 years of professional experienceAt least 1 year of experience supervising maintenance and operationsExperience in electrical maintenance and O&M environmentsExperience with work orders and technical team supervisionKnowledge of KPI monitoring and performance reportingGood command of English, written and spokenProficiency in computer and maintenance management systemsStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work on a shift basis
