Finally, a safe space for both coffee connoisseurs and basic bitches. Cheers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time or part-time role for a Shift Lead (or Bitch on Deck). As the point person on the floor during your shift, you'll keep the energy up, the line moving, and the vibe exactly on-brand — even when it's slammed. This role is hands-on: you're pulling shots, running the register, coaching baristas in real time, and making sure every drink hits the recipe every single time. You'll open or close the shop, handle cash drawer counts, jump in wherever the shift needs you, and be the go-to when a customer needs a fix or a teammate needs backup. You're running the room, and the team looks to you to set the tone.
