Shift Lead

Hi!Kismet Bagels is looking for a Full Time Shift Leader (Focusing on Barista/Front of House work) for our Penn Valley Store. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, with days off being SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. This position is for Full Time. We are a small, but mighty team who are constantly growing every single day. In this role, you will primarily be on Register and Barista, taking care of customers, handing them orders, bagging bagels and pastries, and focusing on customer service. We will train you for Barista work if needed. A willingness to learn and help wherever needed goes a long way. If you are looking to get out of full on restaurants and into something simpler, then that's us! We will also provide light training for back of house in case of emergency.Our shifts begin at 5:45am with setup/prep. Shop is open 7am-2pm daily and we are almost always busy. Between online orders and in house, it's very busy for the bulk of the shift, so be ready for that! Everyone works together as a team, and checks their ego at the door.
