Shift Leader

Department: OperationsPosition: Shift Leader About the RolePhoenix Concrete Products is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to lead shift operations and ensure production plans are achieved safely, efficiently, on time and in accordance with approved quality standards.The successful candidate will supervise production personnel, maximise manpower and equipment utilisation, monitor material consumption and coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality and HSE teams to support efficient plant operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver the assigned shift production plan safely, on time and in full. Lead and supervise production personnel during the shift. Maximise manpower and equipment utilisation. Ensure products meet approved quality standards. Monitor material consumption and minimise production waste. Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment availability. Maintain a safe, clean and organised workplace. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures. Prepare shift reports and effective handover notes. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications RequiredDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibilities. Experience in the concrete products or building materials industry is preferred. UAE market experience is an advantage. Skills & CompetenciesStrong production supervision and team leadership skills.
