The company’s success is driven by high-quality standards and a focus on developing skilled and dedicated team members.Role Description The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts in an on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position includes supervising team members, organizing shift schedules, and ensuring consistent adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. The Shift Manager monitors customer service, resolves guest concerns, and supports a welcoming, efficient environment for all visitors. The role involves managing cash handling procedures, tracking inventory levels, coordinating with the kitchen and service teams, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the restaurant. The Shift Manager also helps train staff, implements company policies, and supports achievement of sales and performance targets.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong team leadership and people management skills, including the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop staff during busy shifts.Candidates should possess skills in customer service and conflict resolution, with a focus on maintaining guest satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.Candidates should possess operational and organizational skills, such as shift planning, time management, and adherence to restaurant procedures and standards.Candidates should possess basic financial and administrative skills, including cash handling, daily reporting, and inventory monitoring.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and health and safety regulations relevant to restaurant operations.Relevant experience in fast food or restaurant management is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or hospitality-related education is an advantage.Candidates should possess good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an asset, as well as the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
