This role oversees partner deployment, ensures high-quality customer service, and maintains store cleanliness and product quality standards. The Shift Supervisor supports training and coaching of partners, monitors inventory levels, and helps manage cash handling procedures and store safety. This position collaborates with store leadership to meet operational and sales goals while fostering an inclusive, positive, and team-oriented environment.Qualifications Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles, with the ability to deliver consistent, friendly, and efficient customer service.Leadership capabilities, including supervising teams, delegating tasks, and providing feedback and coaching to support partner development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and partners in a fast-paced environment.Basic operational skills such as cash handling, inventory monitoring, and adherence to safety and quality standards.Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the store, and perform tasks that may include lifting and handling packaged products.Reliability in managing shift schedules, arriving on time, and supporting flexible work hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior supervisory experience is a plus.Commitment to Starbucks mission and values, including creating an inclusive environment and contributing positively to the local community.
