This role is responsible for coordinating shipping schedules, chartering arrangements, and related documentation to support efficient logistics operations. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing shipping and charter party documents, tracking vessel movements and cargo status, and liaising with shipping lines, charterers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow. The administrator will handle shipment bookings, monitor compliance with contractual terms, manage records and filing, and support procurement and supply chain activities linked to shipping. The role also involves resolving routine shipping-related issues, providing customer service to clients and partners, and contributing to process improvements in logistics and chartering administration.Reports to – Manager for Operations and Administrations assignment.Job Duties & Responsibilities Act as the authorized representative of the group company in UAE in relation to commercial shipping operations, vessel fixtures, and maritime transactions. Handle the execution and signing of charter party agreements, contracts, deeds, and other related shipping documentation on behalf of the Company, in accordance with the Company’s authorization procedures.Coordinate and manage document execution processes to ensure all agreements and related documents are completed accurately and within the required timelines.Affix the Company’s official chop/seal on documents were required to ensure their validity and legal effectiveness.Provide administrative support, including visiting the company secretary’s office, auditor’s office, banks, and relevant government departments for submission, collection, and processing of documents.Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining proper records and filing systems for contracts, corporate documents, shipping documentation, official correspondence, and preparing relevant documents required for audit and compliance purposes.Maintain a good understanding of the Company’s accounting system: Danaos, and assist in addressing auditors’ queries by providing the necessary information and supporting documents. Explore, research and meet people for business development and business opportunities within Middle EastCarry out any other ad hoc assignments or duties as assigned by management from time to time.Employment Type:•                    Full-time position•                    Office Location: Al Jazeera Al Hamra Industrial - Ras Al Khaimah - United Arab Emirates·                    Working Day: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday   QualificationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret shipping data, contracts, and logistics information.Effective communication and customer service skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners.Tagalog language proficiency is advantageAccounts background and has previously assisted in financial audit processes Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes, preferably within shipping or logistics.Proficiency with MS Office and logistics or ERP systems; ability to maintain accurate digital and physical records.Previous experience in shipping, chartering, logistics, or maritime administration is highly beneficial.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, maritime studies, or a related field is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Ras Al Khaimah and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, professional environment
