More information about the company and its solutions is available at www.onsemi.com.Role Description This full-time, on-site Shipping and Receiving Clerk role is based in Scottsdale, AZ. The clerk is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities and documentation, and inspecting materials for damage or discrepancies. Day-to-day activities include preparing outgoing shipments, packing materials securely, labeling and staging orders, and operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks to move products safely. The role also involves maintaining accurate inventory records, updating systems, organizing stock in designated locations, and coordinating with internal teams and carriers to resolve shipping issues and ensure timely deliveries. The clerk is expected to follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures while supporting continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.QualificationsProficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes, including checking, documenting, and routing incoming and outgoing materials.Ability to perform safe and efficient Packing of orders and operate a Pallet Jack or similar material handling equipment.Experience with Inventory Control, including stock counts, system updates, and maintaining accurate records.Strong Communication skills to work effectively with team members, drivers, carriers, and cross-functional departments.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse or ERP systems for data entry and shipment tracking.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow standardized procedures in a fast-paced environment.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move items in accordance with safety guidelines.Previous experience in a shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
