Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse ClerkJob Type: 6-Month Contract (Strong potential for permanent conversion)Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC (On-site)Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMPay Rate: $25.00/hourAbout the RoleWe are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Clerk to join our production facility in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Working alongside a close-knit team,you will play a key role in keeping our operations moving smoothly.You will manage the flow of goods and heavy equipment components, oversee inventory, ship parts (including assembling booms), and provide top-notch service at our parts counter.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Inspection: Receive incoming goods, parts, and raw materials from suppliers. Verify accuracy (quantities, part numbers, condition) and record incoming shipments into the system.Shipping & Logistics: Prepare, pack, label, and document outgoing orders according to standard procedures. Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation, and safely load trucks.Inventory & Parts Management: Organize parts in designated storage areas, conduct cycle counts, and keep stock data up to date.Parts Counter Customer Service: Assist internal production teams and external clients with parts requests and inquiries.Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes.Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and structured warehouse environment.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1 year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (2+ years preferred).Language: English proficiency is required; French is a strong asset.Certification: Forklift operator license/certification required.Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping/receiving documentation (domestic and international).Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment.Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.Perks & Benefits (Upon Permanent Conversion)Comprehensive Health & Dental InsuranceGroup RRSP / DPP contribution programPaid personal days and paid vacation package
