Located in Oklahoma, University Silkscreen values collaboration, attention to detail, and consistent customer satisfaction.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Shipping and Receiving Clerk role based in Norman, OK. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and inspecting products for accuracy and damage. The role includes preparing outgoing shipments, packing orders securely, labeling boxes, and organizing pallets for pickup or delivery. Daily tasks involve maintaining organized storage areas, tracking inventory levels, updating records in inventory systems, and coordinating with production and customer service teams to meet deadlines. The clerk will also operate basic warehouse equipment, follow safety procedures, and help ensure efficient, accurate movement of goods in and out of the facility.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying deliveries, preparing outbound shipments, and coordinating logistics.Candidates should possess skills in Packing and basic Pallet Jack operation to safely handle orders and organize materials for storage and transport.Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control, such as tracking stock levels, updating records, and assisting with cycle counts or audits.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to work effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and vendors, and to report issues accurately.Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a warehouse or production environment, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift and move materials as required.A high school diploma or equivalent, reliability in attendance, and adherence to safety and quality standards are strongly preferred.Addtional role of Product delivery to customers is a possibility. A good driving record with NO DUI convictions is preferred.
