Job Title: Shipping & Receiving ClerkLocation: Amery, WIFLSA Status: Hourly/Non-ExemptHours: 1st Shift (5:00am - 3:30pm; Mon-Thurs)Salary: $21 - $27/hr Position Summary:The Shipping & Receiving Clerk plays a key role in supporting the flow of materials throughout Noble-X by receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping products and components. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials are delivered safely and efficiently to internal and external customers. We prioritize work‑life balance, providing a stable schedule, a supportive environment, and benefits that help you take care of what matters most—both at work and at home.  Our benefits package includes:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting 1st of the month after date of hire401k with Employer Match starting on 1st day of employmentGenerous time off, including an annual paid holiday shutdown week and 12 weeks of fully paid time off for new parentsCompany paid STD, LTD, and Life InsuranceWhat We Value:At Noble‑X, our values guide how we work, collaborate, and deliver results:Integrity: We do what’s right—communicating openly, following through on commitments, and owning outcomesCollaboration: We work together to solve problems, share feedback, and support one another to achieve the best resultsExcellence: We hold ourselves to high standards, continuously improve, and deliver work we’re proud ofWhat You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, components, and supplies against purchase orders and packing slipsProcess packing slips and shipping documentation accurately and in a timely mannerPick, package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipmentClean, deburr, inspect, and package manufactured parts to meet customer and quality requirementsLoad and unload trucks safely using forklifts and other material handling equipmentTransport raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-process inventory throughout the facilityStock shelves and maintain organized storage locations for materials, supplies, and finished goodsProcess inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP systemConduct cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracyWork closely with the Sales and Credit departments to support customer orders, shipment requirements, and documentation needsCoordinate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure material availability and on-time deliveryMaintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records and documentationFollow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environmentWhat We're Looking For (Qualifications and Requirements)High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory control, manufacturing, or logistics preferredForklift certification or the ability to obtain certification requiredAbility to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipmentBasic computer skills and experience using ERP, inventory management, or shipping systems preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when processing inventory, packing slips, and shipping documentationAbility to read and interpret work orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and other shipping and receiving documentsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shiftDemonstrated commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvementAbility to work overtime as needed to meet customer and production requirements
