You will help coordinate bookings, monitor shipments, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth movement of goods from dispatch through final delivery.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international shipping, freight coordination, logistics operations, and supply chain processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily shipment bookings, pickups, dispatches, and delivery coordination.Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.Track shipments from dispatch through delivery and maintain accurate shipment status updates.Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, delivery records, packing information, invoices, and related documentation.Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, tracking information, and outstanding shipments.Follow up on delays, missed deliveries, damaged goods, incorrect shipments, and other shipping exceptions.Assist with resolving shipment discrepancies by coordinating with carriers and relevant internal teams.Maintain accurate shipment databases, tracking spreadsheets, carrier information, and operational records.Support freight cost tracking, delivery reporting, and basic shipping performance analysis.Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, procurement, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure shipment requirements are met.Identify opportunities to improve shipment visibility, documentation accuracy, delivery performance, and shipping workflows.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, freight coordination, supply chain, or a related function is preferred.Strong understanding of shipping processes, shipment tracking, delivery coordination, freight documentation, and carrier communication.Knowledge of domestic or international shipping procedures, freight forwarding, customs documentation, or Incoterms is advantageous.Familiarity with ERP, TMS, WMS, shipment tracking systems, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration tools.Excellent attention to detail when handling shipment information, documents, tracking numbers, and delivery schedules.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to respond effectively to shipping delays and exceptions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder coordination abilities.Reliable, responsive, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and shipping coordination responsibilities.Exposure to international shipping networks, freight providers, logistics operations, and supply chain activities.Opportunities to strengthen shipment coordination, freight administration, documentation, and logistics skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in shipping operations and process improvement initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on delivery reliability, shipment accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
