Stable work environment with long-term growth potentialJob DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring orders are processed and shipped according to delivery timelinesPrepare and review shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing slips, and supporting export paperworkAssist with international shipment coordination, working with carriers and internal teams to meet documentation and routing requirementsVerify order accuracy (quantities, weights, shipment details) before releaseTrack shipments and help resolve delays, discrepancies, or documentation issuesMaintain accurate shipping reports and records for internal tracking and complianceSupport customer service inquiries related to shipping status and delivery detailsScan, file, and manage shipment documentation to maintain organized recordsWork closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow and executionQualifications1–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative supportExposure to international shipping or export documentation is highly preferredBasic understanding of transportation regulations and shipping processesStrong administrative skills — organized, detail-oriented, and process-drivenProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and general computer systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentInterested in hearing more?
