Shipping Executive

ResponsibilitiesSupport invoicing and assist shipping department (local / export) duties.Prepare, review, and validate Dangerous Goods documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.Ensure proper classification, packing, marking, labeling, and declaration of Dangerous Goods shipments.Coordinate with certified DG service providers and carriers for the transportation of hazardous materials.Work with Customer Service and Operation team for shipping duties.Liaise closely with freight forwarders.Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.QualificationsNitec or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.Minimum 0-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.Experience handling international import/export shipments.Experience with Dangerous Goods (DG) transportation and documentationCertified in IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) or equivalent training preferred.Aerospace, manufacturing, chemical, or industrial industry experience is preferred.
