Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerk

Job Description:Support day‐to‐day warehouse operations focused on receiving, shipping, material handling, and documentation accuracy.This role helps ensure materials flow efficiently, safely, and in compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Accurate and timely receipt of inventory into SAP.Coordinate the manifesting, preparation, and delivery of ASO books to Iron Mountain.Assist with Cycle Count activities and inventory reconciliation.Maintain clean and organized work areas, following 5S and workplace safety standards.Communicate effectively with internal teams (Materials, Production, Quality, Logistics) to resolve discrepancies and support operational workflow.Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulatory requirements.Support special projects, urgent material requests, and continuous improvement initiatives as assignedRequirements:SAP knowledge is highly desirable.Experience in warehousing, stores, or materials handling operations.Ability to be trained and apply supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices.Demonstrated ability to deliver day‐to‐day objectives with attention to accuracy and timeliness.Ability to follow established routines, standards, and work instructions.General awareness of systems and procedures related to warehouse or material control activities.Education:High school, secondary school, or equivalent education is desirable.
